組織目標

神戸大学社会システムイノベーションセンターは、社会科学の先端的な知見を綜合し、日本と世界の多様な社会問題の解決に貢献することをめざし、世界最高水準の社会システムイノベーションの総合的研究拠点を形成します。社会科学の諸分野が学際的に連携し、異分野共創型研究に取り組み、その先端的な成果を社会に還元する政策提言・社会実装を推進します。さらに産官学連携の共同研究を積極的に担い、また国際連携プロジェクトを展開します。これらの研究活動を通じて、次世代の社会システムイノベーションの担い手となる若手研究者を育成します。
研究成果の社会的還元のために、個別の研究プロジェクトの成果報告のほか、国際シンポジウムや公開セミナーの開催、また六甲台の学術成果を世界へ発信するシュプリンガー・シリーズ刊行等を推進します。

組織体制

当センターは、2024年度から、ビジネスプラットフォーム研究部門とパブリックウェルフェア研究部門の2部門体制で研究を進めており、各部門の概要は下記のとおりです。

①ビジネスプラットフォーム研究部門
経済のデジタル化に伴って、市場、組織に次ぐ第3の資源配分メカニズムとして社会的重要性を増すプラットフォームの影響を含め、価格設定、独占・寡占、個人情報保護、無形資産の認識・測定、マーケティング、社会政策への活用などの諸問題を、先端的なデータサイエンスによる分析を駆使しつつ研究するとともに、大学内シーズと社会ニーズとのマッチングによる社会連携プラットフォームの構築にも貢献する。

②パブリックウェルフェア研究部門
持続可能な社会における公共の果たす役割をめぐって、地域福祉、健康医療、人口移動・労働力、都市政策・社会インフラ、未来エネルギーの推進などの幅広いテーマに沿って先端的研究や共同研究を推進し、その成果に基づく政策提言・社会実装を行う。

さらに本センターは、神戸大学デジタルバイオ・ライフサイエンスリサーチパーク推進機構において、4大フラッグシップ研究拠点を結びつける中核拠点である「社会システムイノベーション研究拠点」を担い、神戸大学の文理融合・異分野共創型研究を牽引しています。

副センター長 Deputy Director （企画評価・国際連携担当）	大内伸哉教授 Prof. Shinya Ouchi	デジタル技術の発展にともないAI共生社会が到来するという展望の下に，そこで展開する多様な生き方・働き方をめぐる政策的課題を歴史的・理論的に検討し，自由と生存の均衡を実現する社会政策の構想を探究する。 Under the prospect that an AI-integrated society will emerge alongside the development of digital technologies, this research historically and theoretically examines the policy issues surrounding the diverse ways of living and working that will develop in such a society, and explores the design of social policies capable of achieving a balance between freedom and survival. ⇒researchmap
副センター長 Deputy Director （パブリックウェルフェア研究部門担当）	衣笠智子教授 Prof. Tomoko Kinugasa	研究分野は人口政策・農業政策で、人口変化の社会・経済への影響、人口変化の要因、農業生産性の決定要因等について研究している。最近は、兵庫県養父市・神戸市・三田市など地域と連携した学際的共同研究を積極的に展開している。 My research focuses on population policy and agricultural policy, examining the effects of demographic changes on society and economy, and the determinants of agricultural productivity. Recently, I have been actively engaged in interdisciplinary collaborative research in partnership with local communities, including Yabu City, Kobe City, and Sanda City in Hyogo Prefecture. ⇒researchmap

副センター長 Deputy Director （産官学連携・地域連携担当）	松尾美和教授 Prof. Miwa Matsuo	交通政策を軸に、ジェンダー平等・経済格差・人口減少・脱炭素などの社会課題について分野横断的に研究。特に、時間貧困とモビリティの関係や、新モビリティの利活用を通じた社会課題の解決について関心を持っている。 Focusing on transportation policy, I conduct interdisciplinary research on its relationships with socioeconomic issues, including gender and economic inequality, population decline, regional economic development, and decarbonization strategies. My particular focus is on the relationship between time poverty and mobility, as well as on novel mobility solutions to local socioeconomic issues. ⇒researchmap
特命教授	中島忠博特命教授 Project Professor. Tadahiro Nakajima	エネルギー市場の時系列分析を専門とし、市場間伝播、リスク計量、裁定取引、ヘッジ取引、市場効率性、弾性値などを多角的に実証研究している。持続的で安定した効率的な市場の構築に貢献することに関心を持つ。 I specialize in the time-series analysis of energy markets and conduct empirical studies from multiple perspectives, including inter-market transmission mechanisms, risk measurement, arbitrage, hedging, market efficiency, and elasticity. 特命准教授	吉田隆紘特命准教授 Project Associate Professor. Takahiro Yoshida	データサイエンスを用いた政治学・行政学の研究をしており、特に大規模人事データによる人事行政の分析を行ってきた。現在は、計量テキスト分析の手法を用いて政策過程研究にも取り組んでいる。 Research in political science and public administration using data science, with a particular focus on the analysis of public personnel administration based on large-scale personnel data.
